I bought this kit in May for my daughter whose cat is dying. He&#;s a beautiful black cat with green eyes. It took me ages it 40cm x 50cm, when I got to the eyes they turned out a yellow/gold colour. My daughter was really upset because it&#;s the green eyes that is her cats best feature. I contacted the company who said there was nothing they could do! I also had to ask for another 2 packs of black beads (he is a pure black cat). They then said they would send a refund which they did. Meanwhile I looked for other cat kits with green eyes and sent for one only to find out the beads were round. This kit has square beads!! I then bought a set of square beads only. I&#;ve now paid the same amount as the total kit to get the eyes the right colour!! I contacted the company again to ask for the missing black beads they said because they gave me a refund they wouldn&#;t send them even although I offered to pay for the missing beads. I now have a huge cat picture unfinished because I cannot source the missing beads. Really annoyed and upset I would never use this company again. I also had some other beads missing but I used another colour and tried to make it look like part of the background pattern. Very poor customer service
